Lake Placid Rum (White Rum): Our rum is truly one of a kind. Handcrafted and small batch distilled using our own estate grown fresh cane juice makes each batch special and one of a kind. Releasing sweet grassy aromas and teasing your palette with notes of vanilla and caramel, you’ll never want another rum filling your glass.

Lake Placid Rum (Aged Rum): Our golden cane aged rum is adored by bourbon drinkers. With an added oak and smoke finish to an already delicious base of vanilla & caramel. Excellent for sipping or mixed in a Cuba Libre.

Lake Placid Rum (Spiced Rum): Our special handcrafted rum with spices and caramel colorings to give it a signature sweet spiced taste. 

Crane Vodka: Our vodka is a handcrafted grain-based neutral spirit that goes through 21 distillation plates coming out exceptionally crisp and refreshingly smooth finish. Excellent served neat or mixed in your favorite vodka cocktail.

Crane Vodka (Lemon): If you like limoncello, you will love our lemon-flavored Crane Vodka.  It gets its flavor and distinctive, almost yellow color from the infusion of the skins of locally grown lemons.

12 Hour Shine (White Shine): Our moonshine is smooth and refined with a buttery finish. A true corn mash moonshine that will not disappoint. Excellent sipped at leisure or we like to make a “Kentucky” Mule.

12 Hour Shine (Aged, Midnight Shine): Taking our smooth and buttery corn mash moonshine and filling new charred oak barrels just seemed like the right thing to do!

12 Hour Shine (Apple Shine): Our white shine plus all-natural apple flavors make this delicious corn mash moonshine taste just like apple pie.  We recommend mixing with cream soda for a cocktail you won’t want to put down.

Hammock Gin: A distilled spirit that derives its predominant flavor from juniper berries.  We pride ourselves with offering the most non-gin gin available anywhere.  Even non-gin drinkers take a liking to our Hammock Gin.

Watermelon Shine: Our 12 Hour Shine specially flavored with fresh watermelon.  In order to ensure the flavor, we only offer this seasonally when fresh watermelons are available.
